This course provides an introduction to various root cause analysis (RCA) tools and techniques used to identify and address the underlying causes of failures, incidents, or problems in various industries and applications. 


Learn about common RCA methodologies, such as the 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram and Fault Tree Analysis and how to effectively apply them in root cause investigations.
