ABOUT THE PEOPLE
Matthew Laskaj - Director and engineer
I’m Matthew Laskaj, Director of Project Engineering Management Ltd and a Chartered Mechanical Engineer with over 25 years of experience across Oil & Gas, Refining, Manufacturing and Renewable Energy sectors amongst others. I am a Fellow and Past Chair of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers Scotland Region, as well as a certified PRINCE2 practitioner in Project Management. My background spans roles as an Engineering Manager, Project Manager, Reliability Engineer and Mechanical Engineer.
I’m passionate about developing engineering skills—whether it’s through training, optimising maintenance performance or guiding complex projects. With expertise gained from projects worldwide, I thrive on sharing practical knowledge with engineers and maintenance teams, turning complicated challenges into clear, achievable solutions. I look forward to collaborating with you and your team on your journey.
