We help maintenance and engineering teams improve the way they manage assets, maintenance and reliability. We start with the fundamentals and turn good practice into practical action.
Project Engineering Management Ltd has done this since 2015, through training, consulting and engineering support covering asset management, maintenance, reliability and projects. These areas sit closely together, so we look at them together.
The AMMR framework
Our work is built around the Asset Management, Maintenance and Reliability (AMMR) framework. It gives a practical structure across four areas: asset management, maintenance management, maintenance optimisation and maintenance improvement tools. Whether we are training your team or working on your site, this is the structure we follow.
How we work
We start by understanding where you are today. Then we decide where you want to get to and make a plan to get there. If you want support putting that plan into action, we can help with that too.
ABOUT THE PEOPLE
Matthew Laskaj - Director and engineer
I’m Matthew Laskaj, Director of Project Engineering Management Ltd and a Chartered Mechanical Engineer with over 25 years of experience across many industries including Oil & Gas, Refining, Renewable Energy and Manufacturing. I am a Fellow and Past Chair of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers Scotland Region and a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner. My background spans roles as an Engineering Manager, Project Manager, Reliability Engineer and Mechanical Engineer.
I have worked on projects around the world and I enjoy sharing practical knowledge with engineers and maintenance teams, whether through training, improving maintenance performance or guiding complex projects. I like turning complicated challenges into clear, achievable solutions.
